At Luxe Home Tech, we carefully inspect all products before shipping.

We only offer refunds for items that arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide your order number
  • Send clear photo proof of the damage

Once reviewed and approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

No Returns on Used Items

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Used items
  • Opened products (unless damaged on arrival)
  • Change of mind

Items must remain unused to qualify for review.
